About the Role
This role supports growth by nurturing, building, and growing relationships with strategic clients, acting as a 'Trusted Adviser' and main point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Manage the client renewal schedule, ensuring contracts are issued and closed on time in line with sales targets.
- Collaborate with Account Directors and business partners to meet client needs and demands.
- Maintain Account Plans and Contacts for strategic accounts, including short-term objectives and long-term goals.
- Regularly communicate with customers to confirm client experience and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to meet wider sales objectives and performance goals.
- Deliver exceptional service and resolve client issues and challenges.
- Proactively establish professional and productive relationships with stakeholders in client accounts.
- Ensure client invoices are understood and reconciled, resolving disputes with the AR Team and client.
- Assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements, needs, and goals.
- Manage new client onboarding, training, and support.

- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts and accounts simultaneously
- Proven experience developing creative solutions to clients’ out of the ordinary problems.
- Leadership skills with an empathetic approach
- Prior experience in Account Management
- Legal background preferred
- Will become an expert in the Thomson Reuters suite of products and processes
