About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Fusion Analytics and Data Engineer Team, focusing on building out presentations and ETL data pipelines to support our automation initiative. You will be helping the team visualize our scorecard and metric presentations aiming to provide insight into various EPO functions within Cyber Fusion. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical capabilities and analytical skill, leveraging their experience in data analytics to support data-driven insights and build sustainable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ETL workflows and presentations using Databricks and PowerBI
  • Ensure thorough documentation of workflows, procedures and technical configurations for successful knowledge management
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytical views that support enterprise business and operational priorities.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process or performance improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions, define metrics, gather requirements, and translate analytical findings into clear recommendations.
  • Use tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python, or enterprise data platforms to extract, transform, validate, and visualize data.
  • Document data definitions, assumptions, analytical logic, reporting workflows, and procedures to support consistency, transparency, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years strong experience working as a data analyst, security data analyst, security engineer or on a SOC team.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum values and principles; rich experience of working at high-efficient Scrum cross-functional team of software development and delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all stakeholder levels across multiple countries globally.
  • Intermediate to advanced hands-on experience with Python, SQL and Databricks.
  • Previous experience in analytics, quickly generating insights from various security data sources.
  • Open minded, fast learner, self-motivated, result driven, detail oriented, candid attitude, team player, high commitment spirit.
