About the Role

This role focuses on WAYBILL ADMINISTRATION, ensuring the accuracy of cargo information and managing data entries for customs clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes accuracy of information for cargo control #, quantity, weight location, office # etc.
• Screens to verify if Importer of Record (IOR) has a broker or if it is a FTNC account.
• Performs data entries and updates information required by customs into AS 400 upon confirmation that there is no broker or FTNC account.
• Maintains accurate filing system and processes them according to their priority.
• Flags any issues and coordinates with relevant personnel to resolve them.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of experience with customs clearance, AS 400 and data entry
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and deliver quality results

Skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Working knowledge of Outlook
• Working knowledge of AS 400 system
• Working knowledge of office equipment (fax machine / photocopiers / printers / scanners)
• Working knowledge of Lotus Notes
