About the Role
As the ABM EMEA Lead, you will be the connective tissue between global marketing strategy, product marketing, and regional enterprise sales teams. Your mission is to drive brand disruption, accelerate pipeline velocity, and foster deep C-level engagement by designing, executing, and optimizing data-driven, hyper-targeted marketing programs for high-value strategic and major accounts across the EMEA theatre. You will leverage intent data, AI-driven marketing technology, and customized content to establish Palo Alto Networks as the cybersecurity platform partner of choice for EMEA’s largest enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Regional Sales Directors and Account Managers to select target accounts, analyze insights, and co-create bespoke ABM plans.
- Architect and deploy multi-channel, personalized ABM campaigns including digital, content syndication, nurture tracks, executive roundtables, and bespoke events.
- Navigate a matrixed organization by bridging EMEA Field Marketing, Global Campaign Hubs, Paid Media, and Partner Ecosystem teams.
- Drive rigorous internal amplification and alignment, including reporting with sales and marketing, publishing newsletters, attending meetings, and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Balance global marketing frameworks with regional realities, adapting messaging, content, and delivery channels to unique linguistic, cultural, and compliance needs.
- Track business outcomes by interrogating intent data, monitoring funnel health, and reporting on ABM KPIs focused on platform penetration and ROI.
- Embrace and integrate AI capabilities into daily workflows for account research, content creation, and intent data analysis.
- Build a repeatable, AI-enabled content framework to create relevance across industries, use cases, accounts, and personas.
- Contribute to a real-time, AI-powered EMEA asset repository.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or ABM roles, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or deep technology sectors.
- Proven track record of planning and executing outcome-based ABM programs that increased marketing-sourced pipeline and shortened sales cycles for high-value accounts.
- Strong familiarity with enterprise marketing technology stacks including CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Marketo), and ABM/Intent platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo), alongside webinar/event platforms (ON24, Splash).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven capability to act as a trusted business partner to senior sales executives.
- Comfortable using data to tell a story, with a demonstrated understanding of full-funnel metrics, Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and account engagement analytics.
- High-energy self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude, capable of balancing strategy with precise operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience operating within a pan-EMEA capacity.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish or Italian) is highly advantageous.
