About the Role
Septodont, a global leader in dental products and a key player in contract development and manufacturing (CDMO), is seeking a Brand Transformation Program Manager to lead the strategic deployment of its brand transformation plan. This role involves defining and maintaining the program roadmap, managing interdependencies, anticipating risks, and ensuring the successful execution of deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deploy the brand transformation plan through its strategic phases.
- Define and maintain the program roadmap, key milestones, interdependencies, and priorities.
- Anticipate risks, identify roadblocks, and implement action plans to ensure project progress.
- Monitor program deliverables, deadlines, budget, and performance indicators.
- Coordinate stakeholders including Global and Local Marketing, Internal Communication, Packaging, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and the Executive Committee.
- Lead project governance, including preparing steering committees, organizing workshops, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies and partners to ensure deliverable quality and consistency.
- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of Corporate Branding content on the Group's digital channels.
- Participate in communication and acquisition campaigns (SMA) to enhance brand awareness and attractiveness, and measure results.
- Promote best practices and ensure consistent application of brand standards across the Group.
- Conduct regular monitoring of corporate branding, marketing trends, and competitor best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Manager, Marketing Project Manager, or Transformation Project Manager roles.
- Significant experience in managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably in an international environment.
- Proven ability to structure, plan, and monitor large-scale projects.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
- Excellent communication, synthesis, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to construct clear messages and adapt them to diverse audiences.
- Autonomy, proactivity, diplomacy, and perseverance in a matrix environment.
- Perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken.
- Interest or experience in the health, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus.
