About the Role
Brand Ops & Production is seeking a Project & Production Manager, Brand to manage the operational execution of Brand Strategy's initiatives, including brand architecture, messaging, campaigns, content, and video production. This hands-on role involves turning strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinating creative and production efforts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality brand assets.
Responsibilities
- Support project and production management across the full scope of Brand Strategy's work, including the brand campaign, customer and partnership content, paid creator programs, the video content program, and brand enablement efforts.
- Help run full, end-to-end project management on the priorities Brand Strategy owns outright, coordinating creative, production, distribution, and measurement in one plan.
- Build and maintain the plan of record in our project management system, with every project, task, deadline, dependency, and review step visible in one place.
- Help build workbacks, sequence work across multiple concurrent priorities, and surface dependencies before they become problems.
- Onboard new vendors and agencies, including contract and procurement coordination, access and tooling setup, and briefing them on our brand systems and ways of working.
- Traffic creative assets and deliverables, managing versions and routing so the right files reach the right partners and channels on time.
- Drive logistics and production for brand initiatives, and own production directly where the work calls for it.
- Communicate status clearly and consistently, with project-level updates as things change and a regular roll-up that keeps the whole picture readable.
- Manage timelines, reviews, and approvals, including legal and customer sign-offs, across a busy, fast-moving portfolio.
- Use our tools, including their AI capabilities, to reduce manual tracking and spend more time on sequencing, production, and partnership.
Requirements
- Solid experience in project and production management for brand or marketing creative work, in-house or at an agency.
- A track record of managing complex, multi-workstream creative projects and helping them ship on time.
- Good production know-how across brand deliverables, including campaigns, content, and partnership work, and experience coordinating outside agencies and vendors.
- Experience onboarding vendors and agencies and trafficking creative assets through production and delivery.
- Fluency in project management tools and a discipline for keeping everything visible and accountable in one system.
- Clear, proactive stakeholder communication and the ability to keep a busy set of partners aligned and informed.
- The judgment to own the seams between internal and external work, and to know what to run yourself versus what to leave to a partner.
- Comfort managing several concurrent, high-visibility priorities at once.
- Interest in using AI and automation to take manual work off the team's plate.
