About the Role

This hybrid role involves performing remote hearing evaluations, fittings, and repairs, while also engaging in community outreach and business development.
Responsibilities
- Perform HearAssist hearing evaluation, hearing aid selection and remote fitting for all clients.
- Meet a minimum NPS score of 75.
- Perform routine follow-ups, clean and checks and hearing aid repairs.
- Maintain skills in ear impression taking, earmold modification and recommendation of ALD accessories.
- Utilize hearing aid stock for remote programming, shipping, and adjustment of hearing aids within the State(s) of licensure.
- Routinely demonstrate hearing aids as part of annual evaluations to achieve 80% same day fit/trial rate.
- Comply with all State license laws, FDA guidelines, WSA policies and HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines (QPG).
- Operate in a HIPAA compliant manner, with documentation, outcome notes and referrals completed for all clients.
- Partner with leadership and field teams to grow Center revenue.
- Engage in Continued Professional Development to maintain expertise in service delivery, consultative counseling, and troubleshooting of hearing aid technology.
- Generate leads through outbound calling and build local community to generate service demand.
- Complete one community outreach and/or physician marketing event per quarter.

Requirements
- Experience in a client-centric, Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Basic or advanced written communication skills.
- Experience with customer service and grievance resolution.
- Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Expectation to have applications to Multi-State Licensing prior to start date.
- 1-5 years of experience preferred.
