About the Role

We are looking for an Accountant (m/f/d) to join our team and actively drive the digitalization of the window and door market. Our focus is on clear processes, efficient workflows, and excellent customer service, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern digital structures.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ongoing accounting, from invoice verification to account reconciliation.
• You ensure the correct booking and timely payment of all incoming and outgoing invoices.
• You monitor open items and independently manage the dunning process.
• You actively participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and serve as a central point of contact for tax advisors and management.
• You develop our accounting processes and examine the use of automation and AI tools to make workflows more efficient and automate them in the long term.

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree, or comparable professional experience in accounting.
• Sound experience in financial accounting.
• Experience with DATEV or comparable accounting software such as AGENDA.
• Interest in digital tools and AI applications for process optimization.
• Structured, precise, and reliable way of working.
