About the Role

Lead and participate in client interactions and workshops, delivering high-quality deliverables on complex projects with tight deadlines. Engage stakeholders across multiple teams and organizations for technology delivery and business change. Take ownership to solve unclear problem statements and complex technical issues, acting as a trusted advisor to the client. Assist program leadership in managing risks, issues, and delivery. Mentor project delivery teams and contribute to firm development initiatives. Support the leadership team on bids and pursuits.

Responsibilities

Take ownership and solve unclear / ambiguous problem statements and complex technical issues
Be a trusted advisor to the client on areas of focus
Assist programme leadership in managing risks / issues and in managing the delivery
Mentor and direct efforts within the project delivery team
Contribute to firm development and practice development initiative, e.g. innovation and learning
Support leadership team on bids and pursuits

Requirements

Experience within the Utilities industry in UK Market, covering one or more of the following areas: Electricity, Water & Gas Energy
Experience of working on functional domains relevant to Utilities industry for Transmission, Distribution and B2C & B2B segments.
Prefer experience on Data Migration on SaaS Platforms such as Kraken, CRM Implementation, Customer Transformation.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills
Have experience in gathering, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating business requirements
Have excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Have knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile ways of working
Have experience of designing, developing, and delivering projects through the full life cycle
Having good awareness of the trends within the Utilities industry and associated technology trends
Having outstanding verbal and written communication skills and adept at engaging client stakeholders
A team player, able to lead workshops and work in a matrix team structure
Proactive and a go-getter, who will assist leadership with firm and practice initiatives and business development
