About the Role
Support public clients with stable, efficient, and user-centric IT services by bringing technical excellence to ongoing operations and guiding users through their digital daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Support public clients in their digitalization journey as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Act as a central interface with technical expertise between clients and service providers regarding service issues and implementations.
- Manage and optimize service processes (QM).
- Manage change requests and customer solutions (Change, Release, Config).
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor service delivery (SLA) based on agreed KPIs.
- Create regular service reports for clients and ensure target-group-specific communication.
Requirements
- Passion for organization and effective communication from initial customer contact to operational application management.
- Solid knowledge of common information technologies and application management.
- Experience from complex IT projects is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for successful interactions and management of internal and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in IT Service Management (IT-SM), Project Management (PM), ITIL, and ISO 20000, or high motivation to become an expert.
- Completed university degree or relevant vocational training.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
