About the Role

Mastercard Transfer Solution is a global payment service enabling financial institutions, fintechs, and businesses to send domestic and cross-border payments. This role oversees and executes the Send product strategy, manages the product roadmap, devises go-to-market and marketing strategies, and ensures the delivery of new customer programs. It requires cross-functional partnership to drive share and revenue growth for Send across various use cases, advancing Disbursement & Remittance as a key new flow in Mastercard's corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Send product strategy, roadmap, marketing and GTM in NAM. Drive P&L results.
  • Leverage market intelligence and insights to evolve Send product, value prop and drive innovations.
  • Develop and launch new use cases. Provide thought leadership on product positioning. Drive share and revenue growth.
  • Devise and execute on marketing strategy with measurable results. Partner across organization to create bundles and synergy.
  • Support key deal process. Product lead for key CAM segment.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience, preferably in payments.
  • Experience in managing digital payments product, especially in fast payment.
  • Strong strategic thinker, track record in developing innovative products or solutions with notable results.
  • Creative and curious. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of financial drivers and partnership negotiation process.
  • Executive presence. Influencing skills.
  • Ability to embrace ambiguity and challenges.
  • Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed.
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach.
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.

  • O'Fallon, Missouri: $156,000 - $265,000 USD
