About the Role
As the lead behind daily operations, you will ensure that systems, logistics, and "back-of-house" functions are as polished and professional as our client experience. You are organized and relentless, focusing on managing logistics, vendors, inventory, and the systems that scale while keeping client experience paramount. You are a resourceful problem-solver who sees a bottleneck and builds a bridge before it becomes a barrier.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the Weekly Ops & L10 Agenda, update the scorecard, and hold the team accountable to action items.
- Own internal systems, support CRM transitions, act as liaison with IT dev companies, and QA tech setup for new locations.
- Support growth by analyzing campaign data and leading end-to-end execution of events that elevate the Align brand.
- Act as a "force multiplier" for the CEO, supporting high-level projects, drafting executive communications, and handling critical scaling tasks.
- Maintain comprehensive databases, organize digital files, and ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are clear and followed.
- Ensure accurate data capture in operations and efficient reporting at monthly and quarterly meetings, improving systems to optimize data collection.
- Own the flow of goods and manage high-level vendor relationships.
- Constantly improve Align’s paperless flagship processes to help us scale with "custom excellence."
- Ensure Align’s locations are physically and operationally aligned—clean, stocked, and perfect.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in an Operations Coordinator, Lead or Senior EA role, or running a small business.
- Resourceful and self-governing; able to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on perpetual improvement and the big picture.
- Leads through service with no ego, comfortable with spreadsheets and physical shipments.
- Possesses communication finesse to integrate with all departments and "humble-but-consistent" energy for team buy-in.
- Energized by a fast-paced environment that values innovation and efficiency.
- Tech-fluent in CRMs, Slack, VOIP, AI, G-Suite, and especially Excel Sheets; able to learn new software quickly.
