About the Role

Serve as an important member of the team providing hands-on support for mass marketing campaigns over several fundraising channels. Assist in the implementation, management, and review of individual giving campaigns, with the support of internal staff and the management of agency partners. This entry-level role will allow the Associate to learn the ins and outs of non-profit marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly campaign review meetings to monitor program performance.
  • Provide creative input for the development of campaign materials.
  • Assess marketing campaign performance by evaluating results against target KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to gather assets for donor-facing communications.
  • Ensure expense alignment against budget, handle cost estimates, and process invoices.
  • Review donor-facing communications for grammar, accuracy, and brand compliance.
  • Perform database reporting and basic quantitative analysis.
  • Prepare and share contact files for telemarketing campaigns using database reporting tools.
  • Maintain the direct marketing schedule on SharePoint for shared visibility of campaign activity.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, and filing archived campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, non-profit organization management, statistics, or related field.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Passion for international health and an eagerness to grow in the fundraising field.
  • A proactive self-starter.
  • Comfort with basic quantitative analysis.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must provide a cover letter explaining suitability for the role.
