About the Role
In this role, you will own the moments that bring our founder community to life, from intimate dinners to large-scale summits. You will turn ideas into unforgettable in-person and online experiences, focusing on production quality and bringing builders together.
Responsibilities
- Own events end to end: from concept and logistics to on-site execution and follow-up.
- Set the bar on production quality, considering venue, format, run-of-show, catering, staging, and small touches.
- Create exceptional founder experiences, online and offline, ensuring founders receive timely support.
- Nurture our community through communications across newsletters, Slack/WhatsApp groups, and other channels.
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, guest lists, and systems (CRM etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and ecosystem partners.
- Improve workflows and suggest better ways of delivering events and experiences.
