About the Role

We are seeking a Brand Designer to define and elevate Peec AI's visual identity. You will shape our brand across all touchpoints, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-impact visual assets that drive engagement and support go-to-market efforts. This role is ideal for a designer who blends visual craft with strategic thinking to build a distinctive brand at a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate the visual identity of Peec AI across marketing channels, including website, landing pages, campaigns, events, and social media.
• Design and iterate high-impact marketing assets such as campaign visuals, ads, pitch decks, event materials, and editorial content.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to craft experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and brand trust.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design, preferably at a tech company, agency, or high-growth startup.
• Exceptional design sense and a keen eye for detail.
• A strong portfolio showcasing marketing design work across multiple mediums (web, digital, campaigns, social, print, motion, etc.).
• Expertise in modern design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Deep understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with growth marketing principles, conversion design, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work quickly in a dynamic environment.
