About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and detail meeting and group inquiries via phone, web portals, or email.
  • Provide detailed information regarding questions about the hotel, rooms, or restaurant.
  • Book events in the hotel booking system, including invoice creation.
  • Coordinate group and event reservations with other departments.
  • Conduct follow-up and handle complaints.
  • Present the hotel through property tours.
  • Support the Groups & Events department in creating forecasts by reporting own bookings.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel, gastronomy, or tourism industry.
  • First experiences in the event and conference industry, the event department of a hotel, and/or the group reservations department.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Results- and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and sales talent.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative demeanor combined with commitment, flexibility, and high self-motivation.
  • EDP knowledge such as Opera Cloud, MS Office (365 is an advantage).
