About the Role
As an Organizational Transformation Strategist, you’ll help clients close the gap between their current state and their strategic goals. Leveraging experience in organizational transformation, change management, or strategic planning and execution, you’ll apply a data-driven, human-centered approach to diagnose challenges, uncover performance drivers, and design solutions that elevate organizational effectiveness. You’ll analyze how people, processes, and technology interact to deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leaders. Your work will span the full lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and transition planning, while also contributing to domains such as organizational design, process optimization, and transformation initiatives. In this role, you’ll craft compelling deliverables, visualize complex data, and translate findings into strategies that strengthen mission execution and align workforce capabilities with organizational goals. Operating with limited supervision, you’ll bring curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to a fast-paced environment – rapidly developing and refining concepts that drive meaningful transformation. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex organizational challenges and is motivated by helping clients achieve lasting, mission-driven change.
