About the Role

The Enterprise Integration Engineer is a member of the AI & Data Platform Enablement team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations that connect the firm’s Microsoft 365 environment, the Power Platform, and line-of-business applications, including AI tools. This role focuses on enterprise application integration by implementing and developing connectors, MCP servers, APIs, plugins, and automated workflows that surface approved capabilities, including AI features like Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio. The engineer partners with Cloud Services, Information Security, application owners, and stakeholders to deliver secure, governed, and well-adopted integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, builds, and maintains integrations across Microsoft 365, the Power Platform, firm-approved AI products, line-of-business applications, and other firm systems.
  • Develops and installs connectors, MCP servers, APIs, plugins, and automated workflows.
  • Builds and maintains authentication, identity, and connection patterns.
  • Implements Copilot Studio agents and plugins, ensuring data grounding and adherence to permissions and ethical guidelines.
  • Works with practice groups and business functions to identify integration use cases, scope solutions, and define adoption metrics.
  • Ensures all integrations honor the firm’s security, confidentiality, and data-protection requirements.
  • Develops user-facing documentation, enablement materials, and training.
  • Monitors adoption, gathers user feedback, and iterates to improve integrations.
  • Troubleshoots and supports production integrations.
  • Reviews existing integrations and recommends improvements or re-architecture.
  • Evaluates new Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI integration capabilities for firm adoption.
  • Creates and delivers presentations and demonstrations.
  • Appears on camera for meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency building integrations using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, webhooks, and modern authentication patterns.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, identity, and role-based access control.
  • Familiarity with data protection and compliance tooling and the importance of confidentiality.
  • Ability to translate business workflows into technical integration designs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid time and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable operating in a shared services model.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in application integration, software development, or Microsoft 365/Power Platform development roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 development, Microsoft Graph, and/or the Power Platform in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise application integrations across Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
  • Experience with installing and supporting MCP servers in a business environment.
  • Experience integrating line-of-business and document systems via APIs and supported connectors.
  • Experience with scripting and development using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and/or C#.
  • Experience with AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot/Copilot Studio concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio.
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure preferred.
  • Experience working in a professional services organization strongly preferred.
  • Law firm experience a plus.
