About the Role
The Human Resources Manager oversees all HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, alignment with organizational goals, and adherence to HR best practices. This role acts as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting a positive, productive workplace culture and delivering high-quality employee services.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, reference and background checks, offer preparation, compensation negotiations, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
- Working closely with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Monitoring recruitment performance metrics.
- Promoting equal employment opportunity practices.
- Supporting workforce development and succession planning initiatives.
- Contributing to organizational growth.
- Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong commitment to employee and organizational success.
Requirements
- At least three years of prior experience, ideally within a four- or five-star hotel environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
