About the Role
Develop and produce social-first content, from ideation to publication, transforming real-life craft industry stories into engaging short-form videos for social media channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce social-first content for our channels, from initial idea to publication.
- Shoot Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts both in front of and behind the camera, bringing content live quickly, with high quality, and platform-appropriately.
- Regularly visit clients, construction sites, and other practical locations to make real stories from the skilled trades visible.
- Develop new content formats with a recognizable identity and actively contribute own ideas to the team.
- Consistently think of video content as social-first, understanding how content generates attention, remains relatable, and performs organically.
- Build a robust network of craftspeople, creators, and relevant contacts.
Requirements
- Strong sense of social media, storytelling, and viral mechanics.
- Comfortable in front of and behind the camera, able to naturally engage people.
- Experience in video editing and handling mobile camera equipment.
- Ability to quickly build trust with others and find stories that are authentic, relevant, and worth telling.
- Hands-on, independent work style with a good eye for quality, speed, and platform fit.
- Ideally, have already produced content that has built reach and genuinely connected with people.
- Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) language skills are required.
- Submit a compelling application with 3 of your best Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts.
