About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Site Total Facilities Manager to join our team at HMP Pentonville, a category B male prison. As a Site Manager you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, and others, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all. Requirements

  • Experience of facilities management
  • Experience of managing budgets
  • Experience of managing staff teams of 15+
  • Experience of operating in a Prison or Military environment – Desirable
  • Completed a recognised apprenticeship in a facilities / building services trade, or have two years of recognised experience
  • IOSH Qualification – Desirable
  • Good Health & Safety knowledge
  • Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
