About the Role

As a Multimedia Designer, you will create high-quality graphic and motion design assets, from static visuals to animated content and edits, bringing brand and campaign ideas to life across social, web, OOH, and broadcast channels. This role combines craft, creativity, and technical skill with an understanding of channel-specific storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead graphic and motion design output across multiple briefs, ensuring creative excellence and strategic alignment.
  • Deliver industry-leading, crafted assets that meet brief requirements, stay true to brand and campaign direction, and demonstrate attention to detail and platform-tailored expertise.
  • Act as a client-facing design lead, confidently articulating creative rationale and representing design craft.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor junior and midweight designers, developing their delivery skills and contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Champion AI-powered design tools within the team, demonstrating how prompting and generation can enhance craft.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to deliver integrated, visually consistent campaigns and outstanding client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Talented senior designer, comfortable with motion and static design.
  • 4+ years of experience in agency or in-house design roles.
  • Proficiency in creating platform-tailored assets across social, web, OOH, and broadcast.
  • Ability to translate strategy into bold, impactful creative executions across any channel.
  • Keen eye for detail and intrigue.
  • Advanced technical understanding of design principles and application to current trends and innovations.
  • Skills in editing and crafting narrative-driven work.
  • Natural leadership ability, including mentoring and providing constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Fluency in AI design and generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Firefly) with a clear point of view on their use in a craft-led workflow.
  • Self-driven problem solver with initiative, taking pride and ownership in work quality and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing expectations and anticipating challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with simultaneous deadlines.
