We are seeking a Social Worker / Social Pedagogue or Job Coach to support our teams. Our professionals work with participants to overcome obstacles and develop a sustainable future through individual coaching, group activities, documentation, and teamwork.

Requirements
- University degree in Social Work / Social Pedagogy
- Alternatively, university degree in Special Needs Education or Rehabilitation/Special Education
- Alternatively, other pedagogical degrees with at least one year of professional experience in the pedagogical field
- At least one year of proven coaching experience
- Professional or university degree
- Knowledge in personnel selection systems, media literacy, and intercultural competencies
- Teamwork skills
- Intercultural competencies
- Reliability and sociability
- Communication skills, empathy, motivation skills
- Willingness to cooperate closely with employers, network partners, authorities, and agencies
- Empathy and professionalism when contacting people in difficult life situations
