About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring. This role involves creating and optimizing job advertisements, actively sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
• Create and optimize target-group-specific job advertisements.
• Conduct active sourcing via various recruiting channels and networks.
• Collaborate closely with universities and colleges nationwide.
• Manage applicant tracking and communicate professionally with candidates and departments.
• Oversee the scheduling of interviews.
• Partner with executives and facility managers to fill open positions.
• Manage and maintain the Personio applicant management system.
• Analyze and optimize existing recruiting processes and key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain talent pools.
• Participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support the further development of our employer brand.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on human resources or a degree in human resource management, business administration, or a comparable field; alternatively, a comparable qualification or relevant further training.
• Professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Good knowledge of the Personio applicant management system is mandatory.
• Experience in active sourcing and using modern recruiting channels.
• Structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a confident demeanor.
• High service orientation and enjoyment of working with people.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English language skills.
