About the Role
The Property Manager will be a key member of the management team at White City Place, responsible for managing a segment of the estate, service charges, and tenant relations. The role focuses on delivering a world-class workplace campus by overseeing facilities services, shaping site culture, and aligning operations with client business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver client KPIs as defined in the Property Management Agreement.
- Execute 'Instinct' customer experience initiatives with service partners.
- Manage building operations according to Savills policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for occupiers regarding building operations and parking.
- Resolve tenant disputes and manage complaints in accordance with company procedures.
- Set and manage service charge budgets, including quarterly variance reporting and contractor invoicing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to meet property requirements.
- Procure supplies and services using accredited contractors and framework agreements.
- Monitor and manage the performance of service partners.
- Act as an ambassador for White City Place to ensure a positive user experience.
- Support health, safety, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Manage minor project works and tenant fit-out/license to alter processes.
- Maintain and test disaster planning, fire evacuation, and bomb drill procedures.
- Monitor vacant properties and manage insurance claims.
- Ensure building operations meet client ESG targets.
- Conduct regular building inspections and oversee stakeholder visits.
- Manage the building helpdesk and digital portal facilities.
- Oversee internal and external reporting for clients and investors.
- Lead place-shaping initiatives and community-focused events.
- Engage occupiers to align on ESG goals and social value benefits.
- Integrate company vision and values into all building services.
- Drive process improvements and service delivery innovations.
- Participate in site-wide forums and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of service charge budgeting.
- Comprehensive understanding of property statutory compliance guidelines.
- Knowledge and experience with occupier fit-outs and landlord works.
