About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist patients with hospital check-ins, answer questions during registration, and build trust through compassionate and accurate information collection in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for launching a healthcare career, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with hospital check-ins.
- Answer patient questions during registration.
- Collect patient and insurance information accurately and quickly.
- Work on computers and answer phones to intake information.
- Input details correctly across multiple screens.
- Work across multiple programs and type quickly.
- Assist patients complete their registration.
- Listen carefully to patients to ease their anxiety.
- Ask follow-up questions and build rapport in real time.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
- Must be up to date on all vaccinations.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must pass a background check prior to hire.
