About the Role
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the strategy, grow a market-leading client portfolio, and lead complex equity reward engagements while developing a talented team.
Responsibilities
- Set direction for our Equity Reward advisory and compliance offering and help elevate our market presence.
- Identify, pursue and convert high-value opportunities, leveraging your network and commercial instincts.
- Provide strategic, technically robust advice on share schemes, LTIPs and tax-efficient equity structures.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, combining responsiveness with strong commercial insight.
- Support pricing, proposal development, negotiation, WIP management and profitability.
- Work closely with Global Employer Solutions, Tax and specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Coach and mentor Managers/Associate Directors; build capability and strengthen technical excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- ACA / CTA qualified (or equivalent), or a qualified lawyer, with strong equity reward experience.
- Track record delivering complex equity reward engagements and advising senior stakeholders.
- Strong business development capability: able to originate opportunities and convert them into sustainable client relationships.
- Confidence operating in a fast-paced London market, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience advising listed companies is advantageous.
