About the Role

Kamco Supply Corp of New England is seeking a hard-working, reliable, and motivated Full-Time Laborer to join their team. The role involves loading, unloading, and delivering materials to job sites and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and deliver materials to job sites and businesses.
• Repeatedly move or lift construction materials.
• Communicate directions and work effectively with a partner or team members.
• Communicate job site issues and customer questions to the office.
• Assist forklift operators with loading trucks.
• Serve customers picking up materials while trucks are being loaded.
• Record returned materials and assist in unloading materials for credit.
• Maintain good housekeeping in trucks, yard, warehouse, and office.
• Assist fellow employees with deliveries as directed.
• Check, tarp, cover, and secure loads for weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Comply with Kamco Employee Handbook and Safety Policy procedures.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance in compliance with Kamco's attendance policy.

Requirements

• Highly motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in various weather and environmental conditions.
• Physical demands include walking, climbing, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting/carrying up to 150lbs repetitively with a team member.
• Reliable transportation.
