About the Role

This student role involves contributing to health and well-being initiatives for clients, members, and partners across Canada. You will help Canadians navigate their health journey, access resources, and build healthier workplaces and communities through national health campaigns, webinars, and client communications. This position offers hands-on communications experience and the opportunity to make a real-world impact by taking ownership of projects and developing materials.

Responsibilities

  • Help bring campaigns to life by organizing materials for webinars, supporting bilingual client invitations, and contributing to customized client projects.
  • Partner with the translation team to support timely delivery of client-facing materials in both English and French.
  • Assist with uploading and maintaining content and digital assets across platforms, ensuring materials are organized and accessible.
  • Provide design support, including creating new client materials, updating collateral, and resizing or reformatting assets.
  • Help ensure that content is clear, engaging, and accessible for a wide range of audiences.

Requirements

  • Working towards a recognized bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with a variety of teams and stakeholders.
  • Organized, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to juggle a variety of projects and priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to jump in where needed.
  • Enjoy communicating ideas clearly and crafting content that resonates with different audiences.
  • Proficiency in English is required for this position.
