About the Role
As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst at Homaris, you will transform data into actionable insights by analyzing business performance, building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and enhancing unit economics analysis at the property level. You will collaborate directly with the CFO and have significant autonomy, with a clear development path towards independent controlling responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Create and interpret variance analyses (actual vs. planned/forecasted) to identify and explain deviations from budget and forecasts.
- Prepare strategic analyses for business units and properties, providing decision-making foundations for management.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, covering data modeling to visualization, to support management reporting.
- Develop the unit economics view at the property level to make profitability per location transparent.
- Learn LucaNet and become a secondary point of contact for planning and reporting data.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial/data analytics, or a strong entry-level candidate.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, question data, and draw sound conclusions.
- Willingness to learn LucaNet (prior knowledge is a plus but not required).
- Independent and structured work style with a proactive approach to data exploration.
- Fluent German (native or equivalent).
- Good English skills (minimum B2).
- Curiosity about AI and openness to new digital solutions.
- Provide at least two references in your resume to expedite the application process.
