About the Role

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking restoration field technicians to join their team. This role involves restoring properties affected by water, fire, and other damages, serving both residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities

• Perform initial triage, cleanup, and mitigation of property damages using industry-specific tools and equipment.
• Represent the company and yourself with pride.
• Work diligently and take pride in project completion.
• Communicate effectively using modern technology and industry-specific software.
• Provide excellent customer service with empathy, dedication, and focus on team objectives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle and company equipment.
• Accurately record and document work activities using technology.
• Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks.
• Support team members and demonstrate leadership when needed.
• Be available by phone and participate in the on-call schedule for emergency response teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum of 1 year of construction or equivalent experience.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver's license (NYS Class D or equivalent).
• Undergo evaluations compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a motor vehicle record search.
• Pass drug and alcohol testing.
• Pass a consumer investigative report.
• Able to safely drive and operate company vehicles.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws regarding drug use.
• Able to work an entire shift smoke-free, including vaping.
• Possess a working smartphone with GPS.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime, including nights and weekends.
• Protect company and customer property, including data and personal information.
• Dedication to customer service.
• Able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to lift 80+ pounds infrequently.
• Medically able to wear a respirator and pass a FIT test.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Full use of senses of sight, hearing, and faculty of speech.
• Willing to undergo an assessment test measuring personality and cognitive skills.
