As a Senior Creative, you will raise the bar by dreaming up outstanding and original ideas for always-on content and major campaigns. You will set the standard for social-first ideas that cut through the noise, working with leadership to inspire and elevate a creative team, shaping work that drives culture and makes brands unmissable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of social-first concepts for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Translate social insights and trends into creative concepts that drive brand recognition.
- Develop industry-leading BAU content strategies and creative delivery.
- Deliver creative concepts for larger campaign moments.
- Clearly articulate ideas and sell concepts to clients.
- Rally internal teams and external stakeholders around creative visions.
- Support and occasionally lead new business pitches from a creative perspective.
- Craft standout concepts, build decks, and sell ideas to prospective clients.
- Get hands-on and involved in the creative process.

- Proven track record in developing industry-leading BAU content strategies and creative delivery.
- Experience in delivering against larger campaign moments.
- Experience working at a social-first or creative agency.
