About the Role

As a senior hands-on technical specialist for Clarion's Dynamics 365 Field Service platform, you will lead complex builds, support the resolution of difficult production issues, and set the standard for technical work within the team. The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, requiring you to build to a high standard and manage two Technical Consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring platform needs are met.

Responsibilities

Lead on complex builds within the Dynamics 365 Field Service platform.
Support the resolution of difficult production issues.
Set the standard for technical work within the team.
Manage and mentor two Technical Consultants, aiding their development as engineers.
Ensure the work of the team meets the required standard for the platform.
Turn designs into resilient, well-engineered solutions.
Lift the technical practice of Technical Consultants.

Requirements

Substantial hands-on experience building, extending, and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions in a production environment.
Experience with Field Service Mobile and Resource Scheduling Optimisation.
Strong working knowledge of the wider Power Platform and Dataverse.
Strong development skills across C#, JavaScript or TypeScript, plugins, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and integration with RESTful Web APIs.
Practical experience with Dynamics ALM, environment strategy, source control, and release pipelines.
Working understanding of good engineering practice on the Dynamics 365 Field Service platform.
Experience leading or mentoring more junior technical staff.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
