About the Role

We are seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Elm Grove Day Nursery and Preschool. This role involves planning and implementing engaging activities to foster children's development and a love of learning in a safe and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to key children to encourage development towards milestones.
  • Create a safe environment that allows children freedom to express themselves and engage their minds.
  • Foster a lifelong love of learning in children.

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
  • This post is subject to safer recruitment practice and pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check.

Salary/Compensations

  • Starting from £31,158.40 per annum
