About the Role
We are looking for dedicated trainers with expertise and passion for movement to shape our course offerings in swimming and aqua fitness. You will plan and conduct courses for various target groups and age ranges, helping participants improve their swimming skills, water confidence, and fitness. Your commitment will ensure guests have positive water experiences and recognize our courses as a key part of our offerings. During non-course times, you will also support water supervision, contributing to a safe swimming environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct swimming and aqua fitness courses for diverse age and target groups.
- Methodically and didactically design course units, selecting appropriate exercises and aids to foster learning progress.
- Guide children, adolescents, and adults in acquiring and improving swimming skills, accommodating different learning needs.
- Conduct individual training sessions and personal training to enhance participants' water technique and fitness.
- Document learning progress, communicate course content and organizational information, and contribute to quality assurance.
- Perform water supervision duties during non-course times, ensuring safety and initiating rescue and first aid measures when necessary.
Requirements
- Possess a trainer qualification for swimming and aqua courses, such as a Trainer C License (Swimming) from the German Swimming Association or equivalent.
- Hold a German Lifesaving Badge in Silver, not older than three years.
- Have a First Aid certification including CPR, not older than three years.
- Exhibit a friendly and service-oriented demeanor, communicating effectively with children, adolescents, and adults.
- Work responsibly, reliably, and attentively in swimming and course operations, maintaining composure in busy situations.
