About the Role

Responsibilities
- Basic and specialized care within the palliative care model.
- Individually tailored care, support, and assistance for guests, following pediatric and adolescent hospice care principles.
- Personalized daily planning within the interdisciplinary Sonnenhof team.
- Support for families and their relatives to promote independent living and improve/maintain quality of life.
- Qualified observation of health status and documentation in cross-departmental software.
- Strengthening and stabilizing the family system.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a specialized nurse, geriatric nurse, or general nurse.
- Sound knowledge in care and medical support is necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience required.
- Motivation to take on new challenges and develop personally.
- Mindfulness and empathy in dealing with guests and their relatives.
- Reliability, empathetic communication, resilience, and a positive attitude are among your strengths.
