About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Personalized daily planning within the interdisciplinary Sonnenhof team.
  • Support for families and their relatives to promote independent living and improve/maintain quality of life.
  • Qualified observation of health status and documentation in cross-departmental software.
  • Strengthening and stabilizing the family system.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as a specialized nurse, geriatric nurse, or general nurse.
  • Sound knowledge in care and medical support is necessary.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience required.
  • Motivation to take on new challenges and develop personally.
  • Mindfulness and empathy in dealing with guests and their relatives.
  • Reliability, empathetic communication, resilience, and a positive attitude are among your strengths.
