About the Role

As an innovative metering point operator, we are driving the energy transition forward and implementing it technically. Responsibilities

Create and process INVOIC messages.
Analyze and process billing processes.
Ensure timely invoicing.
Verify and validate billing data.
Independently handle invoice complaints and clearing cases.
Analyze and resolve INVOIC errors in daily operations.
Process and monitor all market communication processes according to WiM and GPKE.
Process electronic data exchange between market partners.
Clarify rejected processes with market partners.
Serve as a contact person for market partners via email and phone.
Optimize system and process errors and develop sustainable solution proposals.

Requirements

Relevant professional experience in the energy industry.
Best suited with industry-specific knowledge of supplier change (GPKE) or metering point operation (WiM).
Enthusiasm for technologies and a willingness to tackle complex cases.
Ability to think outside the box and improve existing processes.
Very good German language skills.
Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to decision-making.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
