About the Role
The Workplace Experience Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service within properties. This role increases engagement and partnership between JLL, service partners, and clients to provide superior service delivery while enhancing personal and professional skills. This client-facing role focuses on supporting the experience at the client site, combining a passion for service, people skills, and creating a hospitality-focused workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, courteous, and prompt welcome to all entering the reception area.
- Ensure security procedures for the building are followed by all entering through reception.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all Client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services.
- Execute Guest and Ambassador services consistent with SLAs, standard processes, professional brand image, and applicable laws.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services delivery to ensure compliance with SLAs, policies, regulations, and performance metrics.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with Client goals and objectives.
- Strive to continually improve experience service performance.
- Achieve and exceed performance goals, team goals, and Client goals and objectives.
- Work with key account and client stakeholders to organize, host, and operationalize key engagement events.
- Work in accordance with health and safety measures and promote a culture of safety.
- Support facilities by proactively identifying and logging jobs and good catches.
- Perform additional duties and support as required.
- Work collaboratively within the account team in the delivery of Experience Services.
- Assist with third-party vendor relationships and service partners.
- Provide intuitive service delivery, anticipating needs or concerns and exceeding Client expectations.
- Build meaningful lasting relationships with Client employees and guests.
- Receive and respond to all requests or issues within one day of receipt, including personal follow-up.
- Identify potential risks and escalate as appropriate.
- Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Assist and work flexibly with Client events as needed.
- Serve as an event concierge and manage conference room bookings, including resolution of scheduling conflicts.
- Provide administrative and operational excellence for soft services.
- Perform additional job duties as requested.
Requirements
- Must be competent in German and English.
- Ideally have prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, and/or knowledge of commercial real estate.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.
- Keen to develop within the workplace, supporting a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to solve problems with professionalism and a service-focused approach.
- Adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Keeps up to date with industry trends and has direct experience or an interest in facilities management and customer service.
- Open and good communication skills.
- Strives for excellence and shares ideas for improvement.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Interest in technology.
- Adaptable to work to requests and projects that may vary from day to day.
