About the Role

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to perform installation and maintenance engineering tasks for reactive, planned, corrective, and project works within a new high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in designated discipline(s) including Competent & Authorised Person duties.
  • Liaise with specialist sub-contractors and obtain quotes when required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for task escalation outside of normal working hours.
  • Identify required materials and liaise with designated suppliers for quotations.
  • Take responsibility for assigned works, ensuring completion within SLA and providing timely updates.
  • Communicate tasks with critical or business impact to the shift lead, Estates supervisor, and management team.
  • Utilize mobile working devices to accurately capture time and provide detailed notes.
  • Act as an escort for contractors on site.
  • Provide quotes including all material costs for Supervisor approval.
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
  • Perform fault identification, rectification, and escalation for fabric issues and M&E systems.
  • Maintain plant areas, workshops, stores, and changing/rest areas to high housekeeping standards.
  • Undertake or support proactive maintenance initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively, understanding customer needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of CAFM Systems (Essential)
  • Demonstrable experience within a similar position (Essential)
  • Minimum requirement for C&G Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical discipline qualification (Essential)
  • Strong understanding and experience of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC systems (Essential)
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office or equivalent (Essential)
  • Healthcare experience (Desirable)
  • Role may be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.
