Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of HR initiatives that contribute to a thriving work environment.
  • Work on talent attraction, training & development, talent management, employee engagement and HR analytics efforts.
  • Assist in employer branding, recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support employee development programs, including training and career growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to employee engagement surveys and initiatives to improve workplace culture.
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee relations activities.
  • Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with business leaders to ensure alignment between P&C initiatives and company goals.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Legal authorization to work in Germany. No visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Must be available to start October 1st, 2026, and commit to 40 hours/week for a 12-month internship.
  • Fluency in English and German (with strong verbal and written communication skills).
  • Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values.
  • Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment.
  • Inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
  • Passionate about people and culture.
  • Maintains confidentiality, showcases creativity, and has good project management skills.
  • Good understanding of HR practices and principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
