About the Role

The Chief of People and Culture will lead strategic workforce transformation, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and an inclusive, high-performance culture at the executive level. This role offers an opportunity to shape people strategy and deliver lasting impact in a complex, purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing a team of HR professionals to implement HR services that enhance client capacity to achieve business goals.
  • Creating an environment where staff anticipate HR needs and develop solutions aligning HR management with business objectives.
  • Serving as a key strategic advisor to office leadership in spearheading UNICEF’s global HR transformation.

Requirements

  • Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field is required.
  • Ten years of increasingly responsible professional experience in human resource management in an international organization and/or large corporation is required.
  • Candidates must bring extensive senior HR leadership experience, strong change management capability, and a proven ability to influence at scale.
