About the Role

Nuix is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver AI capabilities, focusing on explainable, defensible, and auditable AI solutions for customers in regulated industries. This hands-on role involves approximately 70% core product management and 30% go-to-market support.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for AI capability areas, executing against portfolio strategy and translating it into prioritized delivery.
  • Conduct continuous discovery, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement.
  • Define and operate evaluation frameworks for AI quality with Data Science and Engineering.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to ensure AI capabilities are built as a native part of the platform.
  • Track the evolving AI landscape and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and partners, acting as a trusted product voice on AI.
  • Define, monitor, and report success metrics for capability areas.
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for AI releases.
  • Program-manage launches end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional activity.
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging by providing value evidence and usage insights.
  • Partner with marketing and sales on messaging, positioning, and enablement materials.
  • Manage early access programs with select customers.
  • Define and track launch-specific KPIs.

Requirements

  • A track record of shipping AI/ML-powered products in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
  • Working knowledge of NLP and data enrichment concepts and how to measure their quality in production.
  • Experience supporting commercial launches, including coordinating go-to-market activity, building enablement, and running early access programs.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to contribute pricing and packaging inputs grounded in customer value and usage evidence.
  • Familiarity with AI-native development workflows and a point of view on how AI reshapes the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a bias for using data and evaluation results to make decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence technical and commercial teams.
  • Travel may be required in select cases.
