About the Role

This is an operations-focused role, supporting the processes, programmes, and employee experience that help our people thrive. While you'll work closely with colleagues across the business, this is not a recruitment or Talent Acquisition role. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments. Whether you're early in your career, changing direction, or looking to build experience within HR and people operations, this role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Be a go-to person for employee questions (pay, benefits, holidays, systems, life stuff)
  • Support the full employee lifecycle — onboarding new starters, offboarding leavers, contract updates, and different types of leave
  • Keep employee data accurate and compliant (GDPR, Right to Work checks, joiners & leavers)
  • Support employee relations meetings (including note-taking and follow-ups)
  • Work closely with Payroll & Benefits to ensure everyone gets paid correctly and on time
  • Coordinate probation and performance review processes end-to-end
  • Track holiday and absence data and flag anything that needs attention
  • Process invoices and POs when required
  • Help improve how we do things — spotting what could work better and actually helping change it
  • Support wider Talent and culture projects across Publicis Groupe

Requirements

  • Naturally organised and like keeping things on track
  • Clear, confident communicator (written and spoken)
  • Handle information with discretion, trust, and integrity
  • Care about getting the details right and delivering quality work
  • Enjoy working with people and collaborating with different teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
  • Curious, resilient, and open to learning as you go
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Interested in HR, people, culture — and ideally the marketing/creative world
