About the Role

Join a growing wellness and pain management practice in Midtown Manhattan as an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). This part-time role (1 day per week) offers a hands-on, procedural-based position focused on orthopedics, sports medicine, chronic pain, regenerative medicine, and wellness therapies. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate long-term patient healing.

Responsibilities

Perform orthopedic and musculoskeletal exams.
Evaluate patients with chronic pain, sports injuries, joint dysfunction, migraines, nerve pain, and mobility limitations.
Review imaging, prior treatment history, and functional limitations.
Order labs and imaging when appropriate.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform trigger point, steroid, corticosteroid, and US-guided MSK injections.
Administer and manage regenerative medicine treatments and peptide therapy.
Perform DME evaluations and fittings.
Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation.

Requirements

Active NY Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
2+ years of experience in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, sports medicine, or regenerative medicine preferred.
Comfortable performing injections independently.
Knowledge of injections and DME.
