Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for spa retreats.
- Welcome members to the spa.
- Ensure members understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
- Maintain spa cleanliness and tidiness to premium standards.
Requirements
- Experience within a premium customer service environment.
- A passion for health and wellbeing.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
