About the Role

Ravio is a fast-growing company that helps businesses optimize their compensation strategies with a real-time data platform. We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to drive and scale Ravio's revenue engine across sales, marketing, and customer success, focusing on high-impact projects and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact RevOps projects to unlock pipeline, improve conversion, and reduce churn.
  • Develop practical workflows from data and signals to accelerate the commercial team's progress.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, including scoping, analysis, rollout, and adoption.
  • Prioritize project work on significant commercial opportunities over day-to-day support.
  • Maintain revenue engine infrastructure, including scoring, enrichment, and commercial workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Marketing to support high-priority revenue activities.
  • Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the commercial team's tool utilization through onboarding, guidance, documentation, and enablement sessions.
  • Own and optimize the RevOps stack, including HubSpot, Clay, Cognism, lemlist, n8n, Vitally, Claude, and Looker.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for clear performance visibility, including pipeline updates, QBR support, and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales/marketing/CS operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong HubSpot proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with a modern revenue stack (outreach tools, enrichment tools, workflow tools, or similar).
  • A genuine appetite for learning new tools and finding smarter ways to work, particularly through AI.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities and shifting between strategic and operational work.
  • Experience in building dashboards and reports, comfortable turning data into clear visuals.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
