About the Role

Join one of our core teams - CEO Office, Operations, Product, Growth, or Talent - and own real work from day one. You will run day-to-day work in parallel with one or two larger projects.

Responsibilities

• Own real work from day one.
• Run day-to-day work in parallel with one or two larger projects.
• Rebuild our talent engine and cut time-to-fill from 82 days to 34.
• Take a new product from first customer call to production launch.
• Relaunch our CRM to drive data accuracy.
• Build the sales case behind our largest deals.

Requirements

• Low ego and ready to jump in where you are needed most.
• Build your personal AI stack that optimizes your productivity and treat new AI tools as defaults, not curiosities.
• Build workflows in n8n/zapier/make.
• Comfortable talking to senior leaders, external partners, and candidates from day one.
• Genuinely excited about what we are building.
• You are not looking for a 9-5 role.
• You are not looking for a role where you only work on strategic projects.
• You do not need to know exactly what you will be working on before you join.
