About the Role

As a Freelance Partner Engagement Specialist, you will focus on operational partner support and account handling, managing partner contacts end-to-end, delivering high-quality outcomes efficiently, and spotting patterns to propose improvements. Partners rely on fast, clear, and correct support, and you will take ownership of day-to-day partner requests, solve issues end-to-end, and maintain tight, friendly, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

Manage partner contacts end-to-end: Respond to inbound partner requests via email, clarify needs, and drive cases to resolution.
Deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently: Provide accurate answers, strong follow-ups, and clear next steps.
Spot patterns and propose improvements: Flag recurring issues and friction points, and suggest practical fixes.

Requirements

Strong operational support experience, ideally in B2B, marketplaces, travel, or customer service operations.
Confidence handling a high volume of partner messages while keeping quality high.
Comfortable working with customer service tools.
Ability to work independently.
English fluency (written and spoken).
