About the Role

As the welcoming voice on the phone or friendly contact via email, you will provide excellent service to our guests during the reservation process. You will also handle reservation checks and processing, manage bookings, overbookings, and options, maintain the Sihot system and electronic reservation systems, and generate and control invoices.

Responsibilities

• Check and process reservations, overbookings, and options
• Maintain Sihot and electronic reservation systems
• Create and control invoices (debtors and creditors) according to price guidelines
• Handle deposits and monitor timely incoming payments
• Support Sales and Front Office teams during peak times

Requirements

• Training in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel/gastronomy industry or telephone customer service, or interest in a career change
• High quality awareness and service orientation, as well as hospitality skills and passion for the hotel industry
• Open, communicative demeanor, good manners, and excellent German and English language skills (spoken and written)
• Team spirit and willingness to support across departments
