About the Role
Securitas is seeking security personnel for a healthcare client in Berlin Buch. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of visitors, guests, and employees.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and employees, managing visitor traffic at the reception.
- Operate and monitor internal security systems, including fire alarm systems (BMA), intrusion alarm systems (EMA), and video surveillance technology.
- Respond to alarms, investigate incidents, and implement appropriate measures for break-ins, damages, or vandalism.
- Initiate actions to prevent danger in emergency or hazardous situations and in case of damage.
- Manage key issuance, control external companies on-site, and conduct regular patrols with condition checks and locking duties.
- Handle reporting and documentation.
Requirements
- Possession of a "Sachkundeprüfung" (proof of expertise) according to §34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung).
- An impeccable police clearance certificate.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- A high degree of responsibility and service orientation.
- High motivation in dealing with people.
- Dedicated and reliable employee.
- Temporal flexibility with readiness for shift work.
